The suggestion brought forward by operators, equipments producers, system integrators, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, XiDian University, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi’an Jiaotong University, GuiLin Electric College and other universities and colleges, also the suggestion of army, government and other management departments are taken into consideration too.
